Program Objective:

To support and assist women in the community by providing business training, entrepreneurship support, and life skills development at our project house and also at our partnered local faith organizations.

We appreciate your passion for empowering women and are thrilled to have you on board. By volunteering your time and skills, you will contribute to our collective effort of creating a more inclusive and empowered community. Together, we can make a difference!

VOLUNTEER RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Business Training and Mentorship:

- Support our team in delivering business training modules to women entrepreneurs, covering topics such as market research, financial management, marketing strategies, and more.

- Serve as a mentor to women, providing guidance and support in developing business plans, setting goals, and overcoming challenges.

2. Workshop Facilitation:

- Help organize and facilitate life skills development workshops, covering topics such as financial literacy, communication skills, leadership development, and personal well-being.

- Assist in preparing workshop materials and resources, ensuring a smooth flow of activities.

3.Community Outreach and Engagement:

- Assist in outreach activities to connect with local faith organizations and community members, promoting our program and its benefits to women in need.

- Help organize community events, bazaars, and sales platforms to showcase and sell products created by women in the program.

- Act as an ambassador for the women's groups, sharing their stories and the impact of their products with potential customers and partners.

4. Administrative Support:

- Provide administrative assistance, such as data entry, record keeping, and organizing program resources.

- Help with communication tasks, including drafting emails, creating promotional materials, and managing social media platforms.

- Help the organization in fundraising activities for the program.
