Mr. James Lomayani Mollel is a dedicated leader at the forefront of our mission to empower communities and drive sustainable development. With a wealth of experience in program management and a passion for creating impactful solutions, James plays a crucial role in steering the Programs Department towards achieving our organization’s strategic goals.

As the Programs and Projects Director, James oversees the design, implementation, and evaluation of various initiatives aimed at addressing pressing social issues. His insightful approach to project management ensures that our programs not only deliver immediate support but also foster long-term positive change in the lives of those we serve. With strong analytical and problem-solving skills, he adeptly navigates challenges, ensuring that our projects are both effective and sustainable.

As the head of the Research and Development Department, Tumaini combines extensive expertise with a passion for finding effective solutions to the complex challenges faced by the communities we serve.

In his role as Research and Development Director, Tumaini spearheads the creation and implementation of research projects that inform our programs and policies. His strategic focus on evidence-based practices ensures that our initiatives are anchored in solid research, maximizing their effectiveness and impact. Tumaini is adept at analyzing data, identifying trends, and translating findings into actionable insights, empowering our organization to make informed decisions.

With a collaborative spirit, Tumaini fosters strong partnerships with academic institutions, community organizations, and other stakeholders. He believes that robust collaboration enhances the quality of research and broadens the scope of our initiatives. As the Communications Director, Elibariki is responsible for developing and executing strategic communication plans that enhance our organization’s visibility and impact. Sarah plays a key role in helping us set long-term goals and objectives to better serve our community. In addition to her strategic expertise, Sarah is also a fundraising powerhouse, using her skills to secure crucial funding and resources for our organization.
